AccountingTech Digital MeetUp

May 20th from 12:00

An event dedicated to AccountingTech

This hybrid MeetUp explores the evolution of accounting technology and how the automation it brings will ultimately change accounting processes for companies and accountants and the accountant's role.

The accounting sector in Belgium is undergoing change, all processes are going to be digitalised and automated: instead of having files, we have data.

This data is not being generated at the end of the quarter or year! It is available “on the fly”. AccountingTech allows accountants and companies to adapt to this change, by allowing accounting processes to run in real time, and use the data they generate to optimise their way-of-working.

This meetup wants to highlight the potential impact of the adoption of accountingtech:

What impact will it have on other business processes, partners and, more in general, the economy?

When will accounting-data be available in (near) real time and how does it enable more informed decision making?

How can entrepreneurs and companies benefit from this technological evolution?

We expect an interesting debate thanks to the contribution of our Speakers: their different background within the accounting world will give you the opportunity to gain knowledge about this topic, making a comparison about the development that Belgium is facing and the situations that are already taking place across Europe.

Join us to address all these questions and MANY more!
