OkiOki automates financial paperwork and relieves entrepreneurs & accountants from their quarterly hassle.

It is a digital assistant that helps entrepreneurs (independent, SME) to keep their paperwork on track, makes sure they pay in time and are paid in time. On top of that, OkiOki delivers all the documents to their accountant.

This automation is possible because OkiOki automatically fetches all the financial documents from the mailbox, supplier portals, cloud storage of an entrepreneur and validates them against the transactions. We are a PSD2 licensed Payment Institution that integrates with the bank account(s of the entrepreneur and allow him to send invoices and pay incoming invoices easily.

Because the only great thing about doing your financial administration, is the relief you feel when it’s done. And that’s what we call the OkiOki feeling.
