Digiteal raises over €3.5 million!

On July 9th 2021, Colruyt Group and the European credit insurance group Credendo joined Digiteal's shareholding by participating in a €3.5 million capital increase.
Certified by the National Bank of Belgium at the end of 2017, Digiteal is specialised in financial technologies (Fintech). Digiteal's mission is to help companies get paid faster, more regularly and at a lower cost, while increasing their customers' satisfaction.

Colruyt Group is a Belgian retailer, active in B2C and B2B, and wants to offer its customers the best possible payment experience. As an example, we have recently completed developments for their subsidiary DATS 24 in record time; their customers will be able to take advantage of the QR code and payment button to pay their invoices.
These funds will allow us to accelerate our marketing and our developments, and to strengthen our team (and therefore our expertise) to satisfy our Belgian and European customers and partners.
Following this capital increase, two of our shareholders, EASI and LeanSquare (Noshaq), are stepping down. Having achieved their respective goal of helping us get started, we thank them for their support and guidance during these early years which helped us to reach this next step in our growth."

Le 9 juillet 2021, Colruyt Group et le groupe d’assurance-crédit européen Credendo ont rejoint l'actionnariat de Digiteal en participant à une augmentation de capital de plus de 3.5 M d'euros.

Digiteal haalt ruim 3,5 miljoen euro op!
Op 9 juli 2021 vervoegden Colruyt Group en de Europese kredietverzekeringsgroep Credendo het aandeelhouderschap van Digiteal door deel te nemen aan een kapitaalverhoging van ruim 3,5 miljoen euro.
Digiteal is eind 2017 erkend door de Nationale Bank van België als betalingsinstelling en is gespecialiseerd in financiële technologieën (Fintech).
