FinTech Belgium Team Attends Monizze Grand Opening
Exploring the Future of Work, Digital Innovation, and ESG at Monizze's Grand Opening
On Thursday, October 10th, Ioana Duca, our Events and Partnership Manager, and Regina Piffarerio, our Members and Admin Manager, attended the highly anticipated Monizze Grand Opening event. The opening brought together industry leaders and innovators to discuss the future of work, digital transformation, and key trends shaping the business landscape.
The event, hosted by Monizze, kicked off with a welcome from Jean-Louis Van Houwe, setting the tone for a day of insightful conversations and networking. Attendees were treated to an opening keynote from Ann Cattelain of Federgon, who explored the "Future of Work" and the evolving nature of the workplace in the main hall.
After the keynote, participants split into various breakout sessions, each focusing on cutting-edge topics:

- Breakout 2: "Rethinking Remuneration"
- Breakout 3: "ESG is Key!"
- Breakout 4: "Mobility & Flex"
These lightning talks allowed attendees to gain deep insights into the digital and societal shifts that are impacting industries across the board.
The event closed with a compelling keynote from Thierry Geerts of BECI on "AI and the Digital Society," rounding off a day filled with forward-thinking discussions and new perspectives.
Ioana and Regina’s participation at the event strengthened FinTech Belgium’s connections within the ecosystem and provided valuable insights that will no doubt influence our upcoming initiatives.
