Fintech Belgium Welcomes Delegation of African Digital Innovators

We are proud to announce our support for an exciting international initiative: from May 12th, 2025, Belgium will host a delegation of 11 tech and digital-focused organizations from Africa including, 9 SMEs and 2 umbrella institutions, as part of a business learning expedition.

Organized in partnership with Bond'Innov through the SAEDE project, this visit aims to foster strategic connections between African and Belgian ecosystems in the fields of fintech, digital transformation, mobility, and inclusive finance.

Among the visiting organizations are three fintech-focused entities, including the Africa Fintech Forum, a well-known pan-African platform dedicated to promoting financial innovation and inclusion. These organizations are seeking to exchange knowledge, identify partnership opportunities, and explore synergies with Belgian fintech actors.

As Fintech Belgium, we look forward to welcoming this dynamic delegation and are exploring various meeting formats—from group presentations to targeted B2B matchmaking—to ensure meaningful exchanges and future collaborations.
