Spain: Alternative Lending White-paper

Spanish Fintech Association (member of EDFA) released a white-paper to promote the alternative lending in Spain. They are requesting the Spanish regulators a proportionality in the implementation of the Consumer Credit Directive, access to The Risk Information Center of the Bank of Spain (CIRBE) for the alternative lending companies, an adaptation of the APR (annual percentage rate of charge) to the reality of very short-term lending and an inclusion of non-regulated credit companies.

This white-paper is available for free in Spanish : https://www.asociacionfintech.es/recursos/libro-blanco-de-lending-online/

If you want to join the EDFA working group on Consumer Credit, please contact Xavier Corman at Fintech Belgium.
