2) FTBE websites and the information provided in them are functioning according to the herein described terms of usage. The usage of FTBE websites implies the unconditional acceptance all of the following Terms and Conditions.

In case the User does not want FTBE to publish the materials, he/she will clearly communicate it by registered mail or by email before the date of the event in which the material will be presented.

11) By providing images to Fintech Belgium, the partner agrees to indemnify Fintech Belgium from any claims related to copyright or other rights related to the images.

V. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

12) FTBE does not collect / process / store personal data. FTBE follows the rules of this document and the principles for handling personal data under the applicable law and the Law on Personal Data Protection of Belgium.

VI. USER INFORMATION

13) The information on FTBE websites are monitored by the team of FTBE, but there are possible gaps in the information provided, including in the legislative regime. In the event of discrepancies between the information on The Website and legislation of Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union, the User can contact the team of FTBE. FTBE reserves the right to verify the signal and, if necessary, to take action.
